A study of light, air, and materials. This 2-story luxury residence merges raw concrete structures with warm tropical timber claddings, creating a striking contrast that is both bold and welcoming. Designed specifically for tropical climates, the building features deep cantilevers to shield the interior from direct solar heat, while massive glass facades blur the boundaries between indoor comfort and outdoor greenery. The double-height ceiling in the main living area ensures passive cooling and continuous cross-ventilation, reducing the reliance on artificial cooling.
